Com deia en l’entrada anterior, durant aquest període d’absència m’han passat moltes coses. Una de les millors ha estat començar la pràctica de la meditació. Ho he d’agrair a un bon amic que no va parar d’insistir-me fins que ho vaig provar. De la mà de dos companys que condueixen les sessions i d’un llibre fantàstic (Camí cap al silenci d’Esteve Humet) he après a endinsar-me en mi mateixa per assolir una harmonia entre el cos, la ment i els sentiments i així harmonitzar també la meva individualitat amb tot el que m’envolta (família, amics, companys de feina, en definitiva qualsevol relació humana).

Diu Esteve Humet en el seu llibre: “Meditar és aprendre a viure en profunditat, no sols durant la meditació sinó durant tot el dia”.

El llibre, absolutament recomanable per a tots els públics, ofereix un seguit d’exercicis meditatius que es poden fer individualment o en grup. N’hi ha que em resulten més fàcils o amb què em sento més còmoda, alguns són molt imaginatius, d’altres més convencionals. Tant se val, la qüestió és arribar al nostre objectiu sense pressa, tranquil•lament. Ara, ja en temps de vacances, el centre ha tancat fins al setembre i em costa una mica més de trobar el moment per meditar. Aquest vespre, però, he agafat el carrer de casa, que porta directament a la platja, únicament les claus a la butxaca, i he arribat fins a la sorra. M’hi he assegut, les cames plegades, les mans damunt les cuixes, els dits polze i índex tocant-se per tancar el cercle i he clos els ulls quan encara hi havia una certa claror. Avui la meva meditació ha consistit a relaxar el cos, fixar-me en la respiració i obrir el sentit de l’oïda. He anat acompassant el ritme respiratori al vaivé de les onades, oberta, tanmateix, a la resta de sons que m’arribaven (els lladrucs d’un gos, veus de gent que passejava per la vora de l’aigua, una música llunyana, alguna rialla...) acceptant-los tots, sense jutjar-ne cap, integrant-los en el procés d’aprofundiment de mi mateixa. Quan he tornat a obrir els ulls ja s'havia fet fosc. Una experiència molt agradable que probablement repetiré i que recomano a tothom especialment a un nou amic, una altra de les coses fantàstiques que m'han passat durant aquest temps, que pot aprofitar-ho per reconciliar-se amb el mar.
